How to Make Fluffy Strawberry Frosting
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, whip softened cream cheese until light, fluffy, and lump-free, about 5 minutes.
Step 2: Mix in strawberry powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fully combined.
Step 3: Whip in heavy cream until light and fluffy, about 30-60 seconds! Overwhipped the frosting and too chunky? Stir in a splash of heavy cream at a time until the mixture smooths back out to your desired texture.
Step 4: Use frosting on cupcakes, cakes, or my homemade matcha rolls (pictured above)! Enjoy.
