☁️ Why You’ll Love This Recipe

  • No special equipment needed—not even a blender. You can use a frother or a closed mason jar to thicken up the cold foam.
  • It’s super versatile. Swap out the coconut milk for regular milk, add flavorings like matcha powder or strawberry jam, etc.!

Ingredients

To make homemade coconut cold foam, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • The heavy cream gives the cold foam its unique fluffy, creamy texture, while the coconut milk, coconut syrup, and vanilla extract provide its flavor!
  • You can use any sweetener you prefer, such as granulated sugar, brown sugar, or alternative sugar. If using a liquid sweetener like honey or maple syrup, you will need to mix the ingredients a little bit longer.
