To make my homemade cinnamon-infused sugar, you’ll need the following ingredients:

All you’ll need is some ground cinnamon and granulated sugar! You can also use other types like brown sugar or alternative sugars.

Feel free to make this recipe your own and play around with the ratios! You can also experiment with some optional mix-ins to elevate your homemade cinnamon sugar, like vanilla bean powder.

How to Make Homemade Cinnamon Sugar

Add cinnamon and sugar into container and whisk to fully mix. Alternatively, close the container and shake to combine, which is what I did!

Ways I Enjoy Cinnamon Sugar

  1. On bread! I like to spread softened butter onto bread, sprinkle on some cinnamon sugar, then heat up in my toaster oven or air fryer!
  2. Roll cookie dough balls in it right before baking.
  3. Dip baked and buttered homemade donuts to make my cinnamon sugar mochi donuts.
  4. Sprinkle on top of my oatmeal.

Storage

Store cinnamon-infused sugar in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 years.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar feel free to try other types of sugar, like brown or alternative sugars!
  • 4 tablespoons (32 g) ground cinnamon

Instructions 

    Make sure to use fresh cinnamon for longer-term storage!
  • In a small to medium storage container, add 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar and 4 tablespoons (32 g) ground cinnamon.
  • Whisk to combine, or close container and shake.
    Keep sealed in a dry spot at room temperature for up to 2 years. Enjoy!
