My
homemade cinnamon sugar
is the perfect for topping buttered toast, oatmeal, my cinnamon sugar mochi donuts, and more! Just add your sugar and cinnamon to a container, shake, and use to your heart's desire! :D

Make sure to use fresh cinnamon for longer-term storage!
In a small to medium storage container, add
1 cup granulated sugar
and
4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
.
Whisk to combine, or close container and shake.
Keep sealed in a dry spot at room temperature for up to 2 years. Enjoy!
Notes
Ways I like to enjoy my cinnamon sugar:
On bread
! I like to spread softened butter onto bread, sprinkle on some cinnamon sugar, then heat up in my toaster oven or air fryer!
Roll cookie dough balls
in it right before baking.
Dip baked and buttered homemade donuts
to make my
cinnamon sugar mochi donuts
