Ingredient Notes

  • For the blender method, use fresh strawberries. The riper they are, the more flavorful!
  • For the no blender method, use strawberry jam. You can also use store-bought jam.
  • The heavy cream gives the cold foam its unique fluffy, creamy texture, and the vanilla extract enhances its flavor!
  • You can use any sweetener you prefer, such as granulated sugar, brown sugar, or alternative sugar. If using a liquid sweetener like honey or maple syrup, you will need to mix the ingredients a little bit longer.

How To Make Strawberry Cold Foam

Option 1: Add whole strawberries, heavy cream, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until thick and creamy, then add sweetener to taste.

Note: I did a 2.5x batch in this photo, which is why it looks like a lot of ingredients in the blender!

Option 2: Add strawberry jam, heavy cream, and vanilla to a mason jar. Seal and vigorously shake (or use a frother) until thick and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Add sweetener to taste.
