About this iced chocolate coffee

I have been having this chocolate coffee almost daily! It’s SO simple to make and only requires two ingredients: chocolate milk and instant coffee.

The chocolate milk I used is suuuuper smooth and delicious. I love having it every day, especially knowing it contains 50% more protein and 50% less sugar than regular chocolate milk. Plus, it’s lactose-free, so it’s great for anyone with lactose sensitivities or allergies!

And if you pour your chocolate coffee in a cute mug (like my bear one), your happiness increases by 50%. How can you not enjoy a drink in such a cute vessel?!

How to make chocolate coffee

This chocolate coffee recipe is super simple. It only needs two ingredients.. just coffee with chocolate milk!

To make one serving, I used a milk frother to mix 1-3 tbsp of chocolate milk with 1 tsp of instant coffee. I then poured this into a cup of ice and topped it off with more chocolate milk. Easy, right? 🙂

FAQ

Can I make this ahead?

Yes! You can store the chocolate coffee in a closed, airtight bottle in the fridge for about 5 days.

Can I make this into a hot drink?

Yes! You can pop the whole drink in a heat-safe mug. Microwave it for 30-60 seconds, until you reach the desired temperature.

Where did you get your bear mug?

I got my bear mug off Amazon! I use it for both cold and hot drinks. It’s made with double-walled borosilicate glass, so the cup doesn’t get too hot when I hold it.

Where did you buy your milk frother?

I also got this frother off Amazon! I use it for my coffees, protein shakes, matcha lattes, the list goes on!
