💡 Tips

  • Use stale bread! This way, it won’t clump up in the food processor into a paste, and will blitz into crumbs instead!
  • If using freshly baked bread, tear it up into pieces and let it sit at room temperature for a day or two. OR, dry it out in the oven at 300°F/150°C for 10-15 minutes! Make sure to let it completely cool before food processing.
  • Feel free to add dried spices, like dried oregano, basil, or parsley!
  • Try using specialty breads for more depth of flavor. For example, rye bread, garlic bread, etc. Just make sure they are fully dry and stale before blending!
