Easy Blueberry Cold Foam
This homemade blueberry cold foam is light, fluffy, and so flavorful! The recipe only requires a few ingredients and can be made without a blender. Use this cold foam to top your matcha lattes, coffees, smoothies, and more!

Equipment
- Measuring spoons
- mason jar or other closed container,
- spoon,
- frother, optional
Ingredients
- 1-2 tablespoons (20 g) blueberry jam adjust to taste
- 3 tablespoons (45 g) heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon (4 g) vanilla extract
- 1-2 teaspoons (4 g) sweetener adjust to taste; you may not need any if your jam is sweet! but you can use regular sugar, stevia, agave, honey, etc.
Instructions
- In your mason jar, add 1-2 tablespoons blueberry jam, 3 tablespoons heavy cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Shake until thick and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. You can alternatively use a frother.
- Taste and add more blueberry jam and 1-2 teaspoons sweetener if needed. Enjoy!
Notes
- Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I recommend blending or re-whipping it to fluff it up again!
- The nutrition facts below use 0 calorie sweetener.
