Ingredient Notes

  • I used homemade blueberry jam, but feel free to use your favorite brand.
  • The heavy cream gives the cold foam its unique fluffy, creamy texture, and the vanilla extract enhances its flavor!
  • You can use any sweetener you prefer, such as granulated sugar, brown sugar, or alternative sugar. If using a liquid sweetener like honey or maple syrup, you will need to mix the ingredients a little bit longer.

How To Make Blueberry Cold Foam

In your mason jar, add your blueberry jam, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Then, seal jar closed with the lid. Shake until thick and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Taste and add more jam + sweetener if needed, and enjoy!

Storage

Store the blueberry cold foam in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I recommend blending or re-whipping it to fluff it up again!

Equipment

  • mason jar or other closed container,
  • spoon,
  • frother, optional

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tablespoons (20 g) blueberry jam adjust to taste
  • 3 tablespoons (45 g) heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon (4 g) vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons (4 g) sweetener adjust to taste; you may not need any if your jam is sweet! but you can use regular sugar, stevia, agave, honey, etc.

Instructions
 

  • In your mason jar, add 1-2 tablespoons blueberry jam, 3 tablespoons heavy cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Shake until thick and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. You can alternatively use a frother.
  • Taste and add more blueberry jam and 1-2 teaspoons sweetener if needed. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I recommend blending or re-whipping it to fluff it up again!
