Ingredient Notes

  • You can use any pistachio spread or cream you like.
  • The heavy cream gives the cold foam its unique fluffy, creamy texture, and the vanilla extract enhances its flavor!
  • You can use any sweetener you prefer, such as granulated sugar, brown sugar, or alternative sugar. If using a liquid sweetener like honey or maple syrup, you will need to mix the ingredients a little bit longer.

How To Make Pistachio Cold Foam

In your mason jar, add pistachio spread. Mix in a tablespoon of heavy cream at a time, until smooth and fully incorporated.

Add in your vanilla extract. Then, seal jar closed with the lid. Shake until thick and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Taste and add sweetener if needed, and enjoy!

Storage

Store the pistachio cold foam in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I recommend blending or re-whipping it to fluff it up again!

Ingredients 

  • 1-1 ½ tablespoons (15 g) pistachio cream
  • 3 tablespoons (45 g) heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon (4 g) vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons (4 g) sweetener adjust to taste; you may not need any if your jam is sweet! but you can use regular sugar, stevia, agave, honey, etc.

Instructions 

  • In your mason jar, add pistachio spread. Use a spoon to stir in 1 tbsp of heavy cream at a time, until fully incorporated and smooth.
  • Add vanilla extract and seal jar closed with the lid. Shake until thick and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. You can alternatively use a frother.
  • Taste and add sweetener if needed, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I recommend blending or re-whipping it to fluff it up again!
