This homemade pistachio cold foam is light, fluffy, and nutty! The recipe only requires a few ingredients and can be made without a blender. Use this cold foam to top your matcha lattes, coffees, smoothies, and more!
In your mason jar, add pistachio spread. Use a spoon to stir in 1 tbsp of heavy cream at a time, until fully incorporated and smooth.
Add vanilla extract and seal jar closed with the lid. Shake until thick and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. You can alternatively use a frother.
Taste and add sweetener if needed, and enjoy!

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I recommend blending or re-whipping it to fluff it up again!
