Ingredients

To make brown sugar cold foam from scratch, you’ll need the following ingredients:

Labeled brown sugar cold foam ingredients laid out on wooden table.
  • The heavy cream and milk give the cold foam its unique fluffy, creamy texture, and the vanilla paste enhances the flavor! If you don’t have paste, feel free to use vanilla extract instead.
  • You can use any sweetener you prefer, such as granulated sugar, brown sugar, or alternative sugar. If using a liquid sweetener like honey or maple syrup, you will need to mix the ingredients a little bit longer.

Storage

I recommend enjoying it as soon as it’s made! However, you can store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I recommend blending or re-whipping it to fluff it up again!
