This 5-minute homemade brown sugar cold foam is light, fluffy, and so delicious! Use it to top your matcha lattes, teas, and more.If you want to spice it up a bit, feel free to add a dash of cinnamon!
In a small microwavable bowl, mix 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon water. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between until the sugar is fully dissolved. Let cool slightly.
Brown Sugar Cold Foam:
Tip: No frother? Add everything to a jar or tupperware, and shake until fluffy!
In a cup, use frother to mix 3 tablespoons heavy cream, 2 tablespoons milk, cooled ½ - 2 tablespoons brown sugar syrup, and ½-1 teaspoon vanilla until light and fluffy. Add more brown sugar syrup, adjusting to desired sweetness.
If the cold foam is too thick, stir in a splash of more milk.
Enjoy! Use it to top your lattes or teas.

Notes
Storage: I recommend enjoying it as soon as it's made. However, you can store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I recommend blending or re-whipping it to fluff it up again!
