If you love bubble tea like me, you’ve probably tried cheese foam as one of the toppings! It’s light, creamy, slightly tangy, and not only delicious on boba, but many other drinks as well. I love adding it on top of coffee, matcha lattes, and more. It’s super versatile, easy to make, and oh so delicious!

How to Make Cheese Foam

Softened cream cheese and sweetener mixed together in a stainless steel bowl.

Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together cream cheese and sweetener until completely smooth. (Note: I made a large batch, which is why there’s a lot in my bowl!)

Pouring cheese foam on top of latte in glass cup.

Step 2: Mix in heavy cream, milk, vanilla (optional), and pinch of salt (optional) until thick and fluffy. Taste and add more sweetener if needed. If it’s too thick, add more milk. Pour cheese foam on top of your drink of choice and enjoy!

For full instructions, see the recipe card below.

Storage

I recommend enjoying it as soon as it’s made! However, you can store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I recommend blending or re-whipping it to fluff it up again!
