Ingredients

To make creamy matcha cold foam from scratch, you’ll need the following ingredients:

Matcha cold foam labeled ingredients laid out on a wooden table.
  • The heavy cream and milk give the cold foam its unique fluffy, creamy texture.
  • I like to use culinary grade matcha powder for lattes.
  • I used vanilla paste, but you can also use vanilla extract or even vanilla syrup.
  • You can use any sweetener you prefer, such as granulated sugar, brown sugar, or alternative sugar. If using a liquid sweetener like honey or maple syrup, you will need to mix the ingredients a little bit longer.
