If you're a matcha lover like me, you'll absolutely creamy matcha cold foam! It's super easy and comes together in less than 5 minutes. Use it as a topping for your morning coffees, smoothies, matcha latte or London fog!
Tip: No frother? Add everything to a jar or tupperware, and shake until fluffy!
In a small bowl or cup, use milk frother to mix 3 tablespoons heavy cream, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon culinary matcha powder, and ½-1 teaspoon vanilla until light and fluffy. Add 1-2 teaspoons sweetener, adjusting as needed.
If the cold foam is too thick, add in a splash of more milk.
Enjoy! Use it to top your lattes or teas.

Storage: I recommend enjoying it as soon as it's made. However, you can store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I recommend blending or re-whipping it to fluff it up again!
