This iced blueberry matcha latte will be your new favorite drink—it's light, refreshing, and delicious! The blueberry cold foam is so flavorful, only requires a few ingredients, and can be made without a blender. :)
In a matcha bowl or medium bowl, sift in 1 teaspoon culinary matcha powder. Pour in ¼ cup hot water.
Use your bamboo whisk in M and W motions until mixture is lump-free and frothy. Stir in 1-2 teaspoons sweetener.
Add ice to mug and pour in 1 cup milk. Top off with matcha mixture.
For the blueberry cold foam:
In a mason jar, combine 1-2 tablespoons blueberry jam, 3 tablespoons heavy cream, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Close jar and vigorously shake until the mixture is thick and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Alternatively, use a frother. Taste and add more jam or sweetener to taste.
Top matcha latte with blueberry cold foam and enjoy!
Notes
If you'd like a hot drink instead, skip the ice and use warm milk instead!
