This coconut matcha cloud latte is so light and refreshing! It's made with coconut water/juice and topped with a fluffy, creamy, matcha mixture. It's simple, quick, and the perfect way to beat the summer heat!
In a small bowl or cup, add sifted ½ cup coconut milk, and 2 tablespoons heavy cream, 1 teaspoon matcha, and 1-2 teaspoons sweetener. Froth or whisk until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
No frother or whisk? Add to a jar and shake by hand!
In your serving cup, add ice and optional toppings: coconut pulp, boba, jellies. Pour in ½ cup coconut water and gently top with your matcha mixture.
