When Dunkin' Donuts dropped a banana pudding cold foam in March 2026, I ordered it over 6x in onemonth. When they discontinued it (SO devastating!!!), I did what any reasonable person would do... reverse-engineer it at home! And voila—here is my banana pudding cold foam recipe, which is quick and easy to make, plus only requires a few ingredients.
Tip: No frother? Add everything to a jar or tupperware, and shake until fluffy!
In a bowl or cup, use milk frother to mix 3 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons heavy cream, 1-2 teaspoons instant banana pudding cream mix, and ½-1 teaspoon vanilla until light and fluffy.
Let it sit for a few minutes, as it will thicken due to the pudding mix. If it's too thick, stir in a splash of milk.
Enjoy! Use it to top your lattes or teas, and garnish with optional toppings.

Storage: I recommend enjoying it as soon as it's made. However, you can store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I recommend blending or re-whipping it to fluff it up again!
