bamboo whisk,

blender, mason jar, or other closed container
for the cold foam

Ingredients
For the iced matcha latte:

teaspoon
culinary matcha powder
¼
cup
hot water
1-2
teaspoons
sweetener
adjust to taste; can use regular sugar, stevia, agave, honey, etc. I prefer honey!

milk
dairy or plant-based. I prefer oat milk or banana milk!
ice

For the
banana cold foam
:

banana

heavy cream

any kind; adjust to your preferred consistency

vanilla extract

sweetener

Instructions
For the matcha latte:
In a matcha bowl or medium bowl, sift in
1 teaspoon culinary matcha powder
. Pour in
¼ cup hot water
.
Use your bamboo whisk in M and W motions until mixture is lump-free and frothy. Stir in
1-2 teaspoons sweetener
.
Add
ice
to mug and pour in
1 cup milk
. Top off with matcha mixture.
For the banana cold foam (no blender method):
In a jar or tupperware, use a fork to mash
½ banana
until it's a puree consistency.
Add
3 tablespoons heavy cream
,
2-3 tablespoons milk
, and
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
. Close container and shake until fluffy, about 2-4 minutes!
Taste, adding
1-2 teaspoons sweetener
if needed. If it's too thick, add more milk.
Blender Method:
In a small blender, blend
3 tablespoons heavy cream
,
2-3 tablespoons milk
, and
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
. Blend until fully combined.
Taste, adding
1-2 teaspoons sweetener
if needed. If it's too thick, add more milk.
Assembly:
Pour banana cold foam on top of your matcha and voila! Enjoy!
