This 5-minute homemade lavender cold foam is light, fluffy, and bursting with spring flavor! Use this cold foam to top your matcha lattes, coffees, smoothies, and more.
Tip: No frother? Add everything to a jar or tupperware, and shake until fluffy!
In a cup, use milk frother to mix 1-2 tablespoons lavender syrup and 3 tablespoons heavy creamuntil light and fluffy. Taste and add more syrup or sweetener of choice. If it's too thick, add in a splash of heavy cream or even some milk.
For a nice lavender color, mix in a small amount of ⅛ teaspoon purple sweet potato powder. You can alternatively use purple food coloring.
Pour lavender cold foam on top of your drink of choice, and sprinkle on some dried lavender. Enjoy!
