This creamy hojicha cold foam recipe is quick, easy, comes together in less than 5 minutes, and does NOT require any special equipment. Add it to your your coffees, smoothies, matcha latte or London fog!
Tip: No frother? Add everything to a jar or tupperware, and shake until fluffy!
In a small cup or bowl, use frother to mix 3 tablespoons heavy cream, 2 tablespoons milk of choice, ½ - 2 tablespoons sweetener, sifted 1 teaspoon hojicha powder, and ¼-½ teaspoon vanilla until light and fluffy. Taste, adding more vanilla or sweetener if needed. If the cold foam is too thick, stir in a splash of more milk.

Storage: I recommend enjoying it as soon as it's made. However, you can store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I recommend blending or re-whipping it to fluff it up again!
