This black sesame latte topped with homemade cheese foam is quick, easy, and comes together in less than 5 minutes. It's nutty, earthy, and rich. It's so delicious, you'll want it every morning!
In your serving cup, mix 1 tablespoon black sesame paste with ¼ cup hot water or milk. Stir in 1-2 teaspoon sweetener.
If you want your latte cold, add ice to your serving cup. If you want it hot, I recommend steaming and frothing your milk. In your serving cup, add 1 cup milk of choice. Taste and add more sweetener if needed.
Make the cheese cold foam (optional):
In a small bowl, whisk together 2 ounces block cream cheese and 1 tablespoon sweetener until completely smooth and lump free.
Add 3 tablespoons heavy cream, 2 tablespoons milk of choice, ½-1 teaspoon vanilla (optional), and pinch of salt (optional). Whisk until thick and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
Taste, adding more vanilla or sweetener if needed. If the cold foam is too thick, stir in a splash of more milk.
Assemble:
Pour cheese cold foam on top of black sesame latte. Enjoy!
