My homemade black sesame cream cheese frosting is so simple to make! It only requires 4 ingredients and less than 10 minutes. Spread it on cakes, my Oreo black sesame rolls, and more.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix softened 8 ounces cream cheese, ½-1 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste), 1 tablespoon vanilla, and 2-3 tablespoons black sesame paste until fully combined and smooth.
If you want it super light and fluffy, whip in ⅓ cup heavy cream.
Overwhipped and now the frosting is chunky? Stir in a splash of heavy cream until the frosting smooths back out!
